This is an invitation to come together to open our sacred voices and allow the songs of the Earth to sing through us on Earth Day. The trees, plants, fungi, rocks, stones, waters and land all have their unique song to share as they communicate through sound, frequency and vibration. As the frequencies of this Earth continue to increase, as well as those who can hear her, it is time for us to remember the ancient practice of giving our voice.
We will share 3 precious hours together (with a short break in between for movement & hydration) to explore practices that allow us to get quiet enough to hear, open the heart so we can connect with the elemental beings, and soften the body to become a tuning fork for the frequencies to move through us.
