This 3 week immersion is an invitation to connect with the Sacred Tree and Heart Awakener, Hawthorn or better known as “Uath” in Irish or “Huath” in Scot’s Gaelic. Awakening the Heart with Hawthorn, including plant spirit communication, herbalism, transmissions & meditations. We celebrate & commune with this tree during the month of May and Beltane, where it’s white flowers herald the beginning of Summer.

The Hawthorn tree is much loved and revered in Ireland as the “the fairy tree” and associated with the heart, love, protection and fertility. It lifts the spirits and assists in building the fire in the heart that can burn through anything that may have stood in our way. It is the strongest known heart medicine in the plant & tree kingdom for the physical heart, as well as bringing many additional benefits for the heart & circulatory system.

This immersion will guide you into awakening & supporting the heart with Hawthorn as well as a deeper connection with nature.

On this Day at Uisneach, the sacred fire is lit in the centre of Ireland at the time that Hawthorn is strongest. We will gather on 23rd May for a final Hearth Gathering in gratitude for what Hawthorn has shared with us.
