Seeding a new beginning in a land of ancient wisdom
It is time to reclaim the wisdom of our bodies & bloodlines, step into our sovereignty, and rise together in the new frequencies of Mother Earth.
We will weave the oral tradition, with energetic alignment and embodiment practices – bridging native prophecies with tools you can take into your day to day practice. Offering a deep and safe space to transform the legacy of colonisation, understand how it affects our many layers (multidimensional) being and how we can regain deep connection, sovereignty and community.

Welcoming, Sharing Circle & Intro to IFS
We will utilise IFS (Internal Family Systems) to find our ‘parts’ and to map them. Find out more about IFS here

Acknowledgement & Understanding of Decolonisation and how it has affected the land & psyche
Deconstructing Archetypes– Exploring the key archetypes to decolonise – the victim, the perpetrator, the judge, the martyr and the rescuer. Learning to recognise the ‘bigger picture’ – and to bring it back to our core self
Breathwork - Integrating our parts & archetypes by stepping into Self through the power of our Sovereign breath.
Sovereignty & Sound - Reclaiming Sovereignty of the land of Eiru (Ireland), the body & the feminine to come into being through the voice. Sharing voice opening, sounding & Gutha (Gaelic Mantra)

Sovereignty Ceremony
Cacao, Blue Lotus and Quantum Healing ceremony with Padma Khandro & Tara Louise Firetree
Working with Mama Cacao as a heart awakening medicine and Blue Lotus is a medicine of transmutation and awakening to higher states of consciousness. This is deep alchemy that provides a space for deep transformation, connection to our multidimensional & Sovereign being as well as accessing our bliss/joy! Padma Khandro will offer “Quantum Healing” and Tara will share sacred sound & movement to utilise the collective consciousness to clear residual codes and patterns.

Serpent Dreaming - Wisdom of the Serpent Codes that are shared in Indigenous Cultures across the world. Exploring the mythology of snakes as a symbol of the feminine & sexuality in Ireland.
Sexual Sovereignty - Sharing embodiment practices to allow the safe and sensual awakening of the serpent energy in your own body. (Fully Clothed)
Re-awakening Earth Wisdom - The deconstruction of the patriarchal structures is part of the re-awakening process of Earth Wisdom.

What to Bring
Please bring some vegetarian food to share for lunch as your contribution to sharing in community consciousness. We will fast on Saturday afternoon/evening before the ceremony.
If attending the Saturday evening, please bring a light post-ceremony snack
Wear comfortable, loose and layered clothing to allow free movement
If you can, please do bring your own yoga mat, blankets and cushions to get comfy on the floor

A journal and pen
Non-residential weekend, so please arrange accommodation if needed
