Reconnecting with the land, body & womb, unravelling from the busy doing and grounding into the gifts of life, magic & enjoyment of Being Woman. With one day and one night we will be exploring themes that are a vital to an embodied, sovereign woman. We will be weaving in meditation, movement, voice opening, self-inquiry, ritual, ceremony and plant medicine as powerful gateways for transformation. We will also share in the joy of gathering as women, sharing our wisdom, gifts & experiences in the spirit of togetherness.
There is a force of love in this planet that is within all of us, HER. SHE goes by many names, Gaia, Shakti, Sophia, Danu, Pachamama or Mother Earth and she is within us, as is HE. Many are answering her call as it grows louder in them, through their inner feminine and as nature. We will explore together how she wishes to move through each woman, so that she can awaken within us, not only out of love for herself, but for other women, men, people & children.

What do I need to bring?
Food to share for dinner together and DIY breakfast if that is your routine. Please avoid meat, dairy or sugar.
Flask if you wish to keep your tea warm
Warm, layered clothes and waterproofs (suitable for all weathers in Scotland)
Yoga Mat, cushion, blanket
Tent, sleeping bag etc if you are camping
Offerings for the land or fire e.g. herbs, tobacco etc
Songs, stories or poems to share around the fire
Preparation for Ceremony
Please avoid Red Meat, Diary, Alcohol, Sugar, High Fat Foods or Caffeine for minimum 24hours before and after. You will benefit much more with 3 days before and after to truly receive the medicine.
Please note that Ceremonial Cacao is contraindicated for those who are taking anti-depressants or anti-psychotics.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is safe, but we suggest working with half the suggested dose (20g or less).
Mugwort is contraindicated for pregnant women, so please indicate if this is the case.
About Cacao

About Mugwort
Mama Mugwort is calling us to come home together, rediscover our shared beginnings and grow into the harmonious cosmic beings we’ve been dreaming of. As a herb she helps us to ground deeply, connect to our wombs and dream beautifully; as a plant spirit she awakens the inner eye, guides our journeys and clarifies our visions; as a cosmic manifestation she encourages us to tune into our soul’s true purpose. In this ceremony we meet her spirit through several different forms and invite her healing presence into our lives and to support our community growth.
