Overview
The universe works in circles and spirals, the spinning of the Earth on its orbit, which brings the cycles of day and night, the moon and seasons. Many ancient traditions have their medicine wheel based on the land that they were living. The Native American Medicine wheel from North America is the best known, however the Celtic Medicine Wheel relates to the elements, seasons, trees, animals and wisdom of the lands in Ireland, Scotland, Britain and parts of Europe.
Taking a year long cycle through the Celtic Medicine Wheel with meditation, movement, ritual, sound and nature connection. We will introduce some themes around each direction, element and season , how we can integrate this direction into our life for guidance, healing and alignment. Become deeply connected to the cycles of nature, which is already innate in you and necessary for the reprogramming that is required for living in the New Earth.
This will bring a greater focus with nature and source in everyday life, as well as the ability to access the medicine wheel like a map for rebalancing when you are confused, stuck, in need of guidance or healing. These can be applied to many aspects of life including personal growth, work, projects, family and relationships.
